Registration and Payment

Registration forms a contract between the participant and the Organizers regarding participation in the Cardiology Days "Prof. Dr. George I. M. Georgescu" 2025. This contract is based on the following General Terms and Conditions. Registration for the event must be done electronically, using the respective registration form provided on the website www.zilelecardiologice.ro. Payment of the participation fee is made online with a bank card. Registrations without the participant's complete data cannot be processed. Registration for the Cardiology Days "Prof. Dr. George I. M. Georgescu" 2025 is not transferable.

Cancellation of participation in the "Prof. Dr. George I. M. Georgescu" Cardiology Days 2025

Cancellation

Any cancellation or modification of your registration must be notified in writing to the contact and will be subject to the following conditions:Until October 1, 2025: tax refund minus 30% administrative fee.After October 1, 2025, no refund is possible.

Changes to the program and/or format and event conditions

The Scientific Committee of the event reserves the right to make the necessary changes to the program at short notice. Participation fees, if applicable, will not be refunded in whole or in part due to canceled presentations or program changes. The Scientific Committee also reserves the right to make changes to the format and conditions of the event as needed without this allowing for refunds of participation fees. All changes that must be made known to participants will be posted on the event website, www.zilelecardiologice.ro, in a timely manner.

Force majeure

For reasons beyond its control (such as war, strikes, lockouts, riots or any such civil disturbances, any acts of God, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, droughts and epidemics and any other circumstances of any cause beyond its control) that have an impact on the arrangements, times or planning of the "Prof. Dr. George I. M. Georgescu" Cardiology Days 2025 and the corresponding activities, the Scientific and Organizing Committees have the right to immediately modify or cancel the activities or events or any of the arrangements, calendar, plans or other direct or indirect elements relating to the conduct of the congress.

Neither party involved is entitled to any compensation for damages resulting from this modification or cancellation.
