The participation fee for ZCGG 2025 includes:
- PHYSICAL and ONLINE access to the entire scientific program of the event;
- Opportunities for in-person networking on-site with colleagues and lecturers;
- Access to the medical exhibition and satellite symposia of the pharma industry;
- Participant folder with event materials for in-person participants;
- The final program in printed format (for in-person participants) and online pdf from the event website;
- The volume of abstracts in online pdf format on the event website;
- Certificates of participation/graduation with EMC credits based on attendance at work.
Participants who register after October 1, 2025 will no longer be able to receive physical event materials.
The participation fees mentioned above include VAT. Students can participate for free upon registration at the event secretariat.

VAT increases, registration fees remain unchanged.
EMC accreditation for nurses is only for their ONSITE participation.
Registration conditions
The "Prof. Dr. George I. M. Georgescu" Cardiology Days 2025 are accessible only to healthcare professionals, healthcare industry representatives and other stakeholders involved in the science, management and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Third parties not part of the healthcare field will not be able to access the Congress area.
General and payment conditions
- All registration fees are denominated in RON and include 21% VAT. Invoices will be generated and sent automatically to the email address used for registration in accordance with the information submitted by the registrant in the registration form, and the organizers do not assume responsibility for their accuracy.
- Also, invoices are automatically sent in the e-invoice information system, in accordance with the regulations in force, so it is important that the data entered for invoicing are correct. Invoices per legal entity are also automatically generated and transmitted based on the information entered by the registrant in the dedicated section of the registration form.
- Payment is made online with a bank card and is made through online services on our secure server. For security reasons, under no circumstances should credit card details be sent by email or fax. In the case of additional payments for additional orders or adjustments, a secure payment link will be sent by email. Payment by bank transfer or check is not accepted.
Modification & cancellation conditions

Any cancellation or modification of your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:
Until October 1, 2025: tax refund minus 30% administrative fee.
After October 1, 2025, no refund is possible.
- Name changes
Please note that name changes are not possible. A new registration will need to be purchased.
