• Registration is done on the event website, and payment of participation fees is made online by bank card to the account of the event operator, SC FOCUS EVENT SRL, RO24361916.

• The papers of the Cardiology Days "Prof. Dr. George I. M. Georgescu" 2025 will take place from 05 to 08 November 2025 in ONSITE format at Palas Congress Hall Iași. Places are limited by the capacity of the conference center, and their occupancy during the event is based on the "first come, first served" principle. No seat reservation is possible.
• The Conference proceedings will also be streamed ONLINE. The platform used for the ONLINE broadcast will be ZOOM, and the login details will be sent a few days before the start of the event. The practical applications/workshops within the event will NOT be streamed ONLINE.
• It is also possible that certain program sections will be in-person only, while others will be online only. Not all program sections are dedicated to all professional categories invited to the event. Participants are invited to follow the final scientific program posted on this website by the organizers and personalize their experience at the “Prof. Dr. George I. M. Georgescu” Cardiology Days 2025.

• The ZCGG 2025 Conference is the main scientific event. Registration and access to the courses and workshops within the "Prof. Dr. George I. M. Georgescu" Cardiology Days 2025 is only possible with prior or simultaneous registration at the ZCGG 2025 Conference.
• Any registration for one of the courses that does not include prior or simultaneous registration for the ZCGG 2025 Conference will be invalidated, without the organizers being obligated to refund the fees paid.

• The events within the "Prof. Dr. George I. M. Georgescu" Cardiology Days 2025 will be accredited with EMC by the Romanian College of Physicians and by the Order of General Nurses, Midwives and Nurses of Romania. Certificates of participation with EMC credits will be issued after the completion of the works based on daily attendance at the events and can be generated from the dedicated section of the website www.zilelecardiologice.ro.

EMC accreditation for nurses is only for their ONSITE participation.

• Participants who do not qualify for certificates with EMC credits, but meet the attendance requirement, will be able to obtain, upon request, certificates of participation without EMC credits. Physiotherapists will receive certificates of participation that will require individual equivalency at the College of Physiotherapists.
• Certificates of participation will be issued from the event website in online format after the event ends.
• Certificates of participation/completion carry professional credits if the participants meet the conditions of the event regulations and if the Organizers have communicated that the respective event will be accredited by the respective professional organization. Members of professional categories for which the Organizers do not communicate and do not assume the accreditation of the event by the relevant professional body, but for whom access to the event is permitted under the regulations, have the duty to carry out all necessary procedures and to assume all costs involved for the equivalence of certificates and obtaining the related credits from the professional body to which they belong, if they wish to do so.

• Changing the program

The organizers reserve the right to modify the congress program at any time, which is published for informational purposes only and is subject to change. The organizers also reserve the right to cancel the event on site due to serious, special or unforeseen circumstances.

• Disclaimer

No right to any further claims or fee waivers will be possible if the organizers are forced to modify the congress program.
In the event of serious, special or unforeseen circumstances or serious circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, the organizers shall have the right to cancel or modify the dates of the congress. Participants shall not be entitled to compensation for costs or damages incurred as a result of such cancellation or modification.

The organizers cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage to property and/or persons caused on site during the congress. The organizers will not be held responsible for food poisoning during the congress.
