1. How do I create a new abstract?

Once you start filling out the abstract submission form, the system will guide you through 4 steps to edit the abstract.

3. Can I submit the abstract more than once?

No. The abstract must contain new and original information that has not been published elsewhere before November 5, 2025.

4. How many affiliations can an author have?

Each author of an abstract can have a maximum of 2 affiliations mentioned.

5. How many abstracts can an author submit?

Each author can submit a maximum of 2 abstracts.

6. Is there a word/character limit for an abstract?

The content of an abstract cannot exceed 300 words, and its title will have a maximum of 200 characters.

7. Are there any things I need to keep in mind when finalizing the summary edit?

Yes. Make sure you click the "Send" button to allow the material to reach us.

8. I submitted my abstract but did not receive any confirmation. What should I do?

Submit a support request by pressing the button contact. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

9. What happens if I submit my abstract but have not registered in advance?

The receipt of your abstract will be invalidated, and it will be automatically deleted from our servers. The only way to validate the submission of your abstract is with prior registration.

10. What should I do after my abstract has been accepted?

First, you need to check which type of presentation, oral or poster, your abstract has been accepted for and then start making the presentation for the event. One of the co-authors must take part in the event to make the presentation. If you have any problems following these instructions, you can contact the organizers by contact form to inform on these aspects.

11. I chose the oral presentation type, but my abstract was scheduled as a poster?

The Scientific Committee makes the final decision on the presentation of abstracts. If you do not wish to present as a poster, please contact the organizers immediately via contact form for cancelling the presentation.
